Game review: Space Engineers.

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!
Today I will write a possible final review for the year 2013! The review will be of a game called Space Engineers.
A bit about the game and developers.
Space Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, construction and maintenance of space works. Imagine it as Minecraft in space, where you can fly what ever you build by your own hands. This game is still in a very early Alpha stage, therefore you must know that a lot of things might, and most likely will change. Space Engineers is being developed by Keen Software House, which are the same guys behind Vrage and Miner Wars.

About Gameplay.
As said above, Space Engineers is something like Minecraft. Currently the game futures only Creative game mode, in which the player has unlimited resources. Player can just open his inventory, put the items into the toolbar and use how he / she wishes to use it. But there is a small twist. This game is not a voxel based game, therefore building something is much harder than most of the other games. You have to turn the object how you see fit. And putting other objects might be a bit hard, since the objects maybe won't be in a good angle.

There are many various items that you can use to build your small ship, big ship or a station. As it is probably obvious, You can fly small and big ship, but you can't fly a station. And you really wanted to make a huge carrier, didn't you? Well no problem! Just make a massive big ship. Make it so big that it can actually keep other big ships inside of it! Nothing and no one can stop you from doing that! Will it be slow? Of course it will, but you still did it! You can really build what ever type of a space ship or a space station that you wanted to. The game also has a lot of very nice parts that look nice inside of the stations, such as doors or inner walls, etc.

Everything in this game is destructible. And by that, i mean everything that you have built, or your friend. Even if it's an accident, you can't stop it. If your ship is about to crash into a station, you can do your best to evade it but you will most likely fail, and destroy half of the station and the ship. And the amazing thing is that the developers actually put the effort into that! The destructed objects look amazing!

I have to say, this game will have multiplayer in the future. The developers have already confirmed that a long time ago. And I can tell you, the multiplayer of this game is going to be amazing! Imagine four or five player building massive ships and stations. Gosh, I can't wait to do that! Even though the game is in very early alpha, and it really doesn't offer too much to do for now, exploring the current content of the game already showed me that this game has a lot of potential, and that it might actually have a very bright future!

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking the game looks very good, but it's nothing too special. The visual effects of explosions are very good, and destroyed items look amazing. The game's building "blocks" don't look the same. In fact, they are built in a way that they keep "continuing" each other all the time, therefore each part of your ship looks somewhat different. The game also futures coloring, therefore you can have a rainbow ship! Well, you can't really make that but you can try. Music on the other hand isn't anything too special. It's very fun at the beginning, but it gets rather repeatable after a while.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Space sandbox building game.
- Multiplayer in the future.
- A lot of different "blocks" with which you can make many, many different ships.
- Ability to mine through the asteroids and get minerals. We will see what will we be able to use them for in the near future.

Cons:
- Jet pack is very hard to use.
- Flying anything is very hard, and there is almost no way to stop your ship mid-air. It will keep on flying away.

Final Grade: 7.5/10

Extra Info: As mentioned earlier, this game looks very promising. I can guarantee that as soon as this game releases multiplayer, it will be much better and much more fun. We just have to wait and see what will the developers do!

And also, I wish everyone Happy holidays! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!

Game Review: Battlefield 4

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!
Today I'll be reviewing a long expected title, Battlefield 4!

A bit about the game and developers.
Battlefield 4 has been developed by DICE, and published by EA games. Both of these companies are very famous, so I don't think that I have too much to say about them! But when it comes to BF4 as a game, I honestly think of it as a just another DLC for BF3.

About Gameplay.
Battlefield 4 is one of those games that people buy just so they could play multiplayer. But, of course,
I did the single player game as well. Honestly, I wasn't impressed at all. In fact, it was so uninteresting that it felt like I am just wasting my time. The good reason to do the single player is to get the three guns which you can not get in any other way. Other than that, It is not too good.

Multiplayer on the other hand is awesome! The game feels very slow paced. Battlefield 3 had fast movement, shooting around every single corner, tones of explosions.. In this game, everything seems to be slightly slower paced. But the game is much smoother than Battlefield 3. the camera turning is beautifully smooth, and it just feels amazing. Great job there!

There are not too many maps, but there's a high number of weapons. But there is pretty much nothing
new. Most of the weapons are completely the same. Except for recon class. That one has been completely re-made. But, there is a huge twist! In this game, you unlock weapon items (silencers, flash lights...) from battle chests! Yes, it all depends on luck! You get one chest every two ranks (once you reach rank 50 you get chest every rank) and inside of it you can get items even for weapons that you do not own. You can also get other portraits, some emblem signs and skins for either character or weapons.

Luckily they did think through the skin system. There are so many skins that it would be a pain to gather every single skin for every weapon and vehicle. Luckily they made it so once you unlock one skin, it's available everywhere. Very interesting future is emblem system. Not only that your weapons and vehicles stand out due to your skin, they also stand out due to your emblem! Your emblem shows one each item you use. Which is, in my opinion, very interesting! And that makes me quite glad because that way I can show off my clan's (Division Gaming) logo!

You unlock different weapons, boosts for your class and different skills for your vehicle by using them. The more you use something, the more you rank it up. Of course, sometimes it knows to last way too long time to level something up, so it feels as if it lasted forever. Luckily, the game has that covered too! In the battle chests there's a chance to grab an experience booster, which actually helps a lot!

Graphic and Audio
Graphic of this game is so beautiful that it requires you a top end PC to run it smoothly on maximal
settings. Now, most of the people have those PC's but I do not. Not just yet. For now I've got only 4 Gb Ram, so I had a small graphical issue. So I was playing the game on low graphic, and I can say that it still looks amazing! Almost as amazing as Battlefield three on maximum details! Audio on the other hand is a huge let down. On most of the maps the vehicle sounds don't even work, sometimes weapons don't make any sounds, there is no background music...

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- 5 member groups in stead of 4.
- Emblem can be very unique and can really make you stand out in the crowd.
- Many skins and things to unlock.
- Beautiful maps with tones of beautiful destruction.

Cons:
- The game has so many errors that it feels as if it were still in alpha testing.
- They already announced way too many useless DLC's which should be free..
- Premium futures.
- You get items with luck, using Battlepacks, in stead of skill.
- No vehicle sounds on some maps.
- WAY too many bugs..

Final grade: 6/10...

Extra Info: I am a very big Battlefield fan... And I can really see that this game has tones of potential.. But they HAVE to fix these bugs. This game is so buggy that I do not recommend anyone to buy it. Save your money, buy it when it costs 10-20€. Or wait until they fix the bugs. If the bugs weren't present in this game, I would definitely give the game 8.5/10

Game Review: F.E.A.R. 3

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!
Today I'm bringing you a review of a horror game! A horror game that has three parts!
A bit about the game and developers.
F.E.A.R. 3 has been developed by Day 1 Studios, and published by Warner Bros. They have been publishing many different games so I won't mention any of them at the moment. F.E.A.R. 3, or Fear3 for short is a horror game which continues the story of the first two parts.

About Gameplay.
Fear 3 offers three different types of gameplay, singleplayer, co-op and multiplayer. Single player and
co-op both have the same story to go through. Single player is much more challenging thought. The game is a continuation of the first two FEAR games, therefore in Fear 3 you play as Point Man, a guy who you have been playing as since the first FEAR game, while your friend gets to play Fettel, your badass ghost brother who you killed in the first game. Point Man's only power is to slow down time and react quicker, while Fettel can choke people, consume their body and so on and on.

The multiplayer is something different from the other games. In Fear 3, multiplayer is a survival game. A survival in which you need to gather crates and put them in a specific area to unlock more weapons, which will then help you survive more and more rounds. The only sad thing about it is that the multiplayer has died out completely, and I wasn't able to find even a single server. But then again, playing with people you know is always more fun than with strangers!

The game also has a handful selection of guns. There's not many of them and they are not too special,
but it's always fun to try out new stuff. Thought, you will always find yourself mainly using the start gun that you obtain in the very early part of the game. On come co-op missions you even get to use a mech, which is very, very fun to play with!

Graphic and Audio
Graphic of this game is pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Audio is okay but it does get rather empty most of the time.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Nice Co-Op experience.

Cons:
- Multiplayer is dead
- The game does not bring anything new.

Final Grade: 4/10

Extra Info: It actually took me a long, long time to write this review. I just didn't know what to write about the game. It's a very fun co-op game, but.. Nothing special. If you can get it cheaply, go for it.

Game Review: Defiance

Hello Ladies and Gentleman! I managed to grab my copy of Defiance so I decided to review it!

A bit about the game and developers.
Defiance has been developed and published by a company that I like a lot - Trion Worlds. They are the same guys who made RIFT. Defiance is a MMORPG set in a futuristic world!

About Gameplay.
Before I start I just want to say that Defiance and RIFT both have one enemy in common. Hellbugs.
Now, I didn't follow RIFT nor Defiance enough to see why are the Hellbugs there, or to know what are they, but I know that they are creatures from Defiance game / series, and they probably imported it into RIFT. It is probably nothing important, but it's still a fun fact. And also, Defiance is both a game and a TV show. Trion Worlds has teamed up with Universal Cable Productions to show us something that we did not see so far. They want to collide the game and show! Everything that you do in the game will affect the show in Season two. Now, I'm not sure how will they manage to do that but good luck! The show is great so far and I don't want them to mess it up.

Now lets get back to Defiance the game. The game is very focused on the main story. You're an ark hunter who's job is to find / complete an Ark. You're being guided by your "boss" who's a famous device maker. Very famous and rich. You run around a big map and do his chores. You find the enemy, kill the enemy, find another enemy, kill the enemy, find a device, repair device, kill the enemy.. And that's pretty much it. Once you spend about an hour into the game you do everything that you can do in this game.

This game futures a lot of different weapons and clothing. Some weapons look very good, and the
others look lame / old, but are quite powerful. Of course, it's never about the look! On the other hand, clothing in this game is useless. It's just here to make you look different. It doesn't have any stats, so some people don't even worry about it. And the most awesome clothing is only purchasable via cash shop. That, of course, makes me very sad since most of my readers know that I dislike cash shop in a purchase based games.

Defiance also has a handful different vehicles that you can drive. Most are quads with different look and different / better stats, but for the best vehicles.. Guess what, you gotta use real life money shop. But anyway, you can purchase decent cars in game with in-game money which you gain pretty easy. Or maybe it's just me, but I always get useless weapons which worth a lot, so i get a nice profit off of them. This game even has cars which allow you to have two to four players in them at he same moment, and that is very cool!

Graphic and Audio
This game looks amazing! The explosions, the sky, the falling meteors.. It's really amazing and it instantly makes you wish to live there so you could watch it every single night. Audio is very cool and doesn't get boring.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Good story.
- Lots of side missions.
- Big map.

Cons:
-Very repeatable.
- Real life currency shop.

Final Grade: 6/10

Extra Info: I really enjoy playing Defiance, but it's just very repeatable and most of the "new" things that are added into the game are not free... So they really want you to spend a lot of money to get what you should get for free.

Early Access Review: Godus

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!
There was a time when each and every one of us wanted to play God. Why? Well we all though it would be fun and easy! But actually, Godus shows that being a God is quite hard!

A bit about the game and developers.
Godus is being developed and published by an indie company called 22cans. Godus is the first game that they are working on, and for now it looks promising! Godus is a game in which you're a God, and it's your job to "lead your people to victory!"

About Gameplay.
So, as I said, Godus is a game that is in VERY early stage. I can not stress this enough. So a lot of
things might change, and most likely will change by the time the game fully goes out. Even though it might take at least 6 more months to do so!
Anyway, in Godus you are a God. Your job is to shape Earth enough so that your people could build houses there and live there. For now, that's pretty much all you do. You have to cut down the trees and dig out the big stones so you would get enough spaces to build houses, and to get Belief with which you do certain actions, such as use God powers, or sculpt lands and so on and on. In other words, Belief is your currency. You have to sculpt your lands so that your people would have place to live. The more people you have, the more you advance into different ages of the game.

Since the game is still in a very early development process, everyone starts off on the same part of the land, and there is currently only single player available. Multilayer is available at pvp, in which you win if you end up with the most people, but that is pretty much it. I have been watching couple of the videos of people playing this game, and some of them said that you start off with a random stranger on the map. I can not confirm this, but for now I think that that is not true. My settlement became quite big for now, and I have yet to find anyone on my map. In the future this will most likely be inside of the game, and that will make this game even more awesome! But for now, we have to be happy with what we have.

And I can tell you, I am quite happy with it! I'll be honest, this game is pretty boring once you start it
out. But after an hour of gameplay, once you reach the land from your small island, this game turns into an insanely addictive, awesome game! The game starts out quite slowly because gathering Belief is very hard. There are not many trees to cut down, and people give you Belief quite slowly. But the land that you connect with is full of stones and trees which help you get Belief much much faster. And after you manage to build up a bigger settlement, you can turn it into a town and you'll get the Belief even faster, with just one click of a button.

Sculpturing land how you want it takes a long, long time. But with a lot of effort and patience, you can make a beautiful place for your people to live on. Now, there is one bad thing about this game: it will have an in game store. Once you build up three cities with Belief, you pay fourth one with things called "gems". Everyone starts off with 100 gems, and later (probably after game's fully released) you will be able to purchase more. And that makes me sad. If this game will be fully multiplayer, this game will turn into pay to win, and that will be horrible.

Graphic and Audio
Godus has quite cartoony graphic. I'm sure that the developers could make it look much better, but honestly, I'm fine as it looks right now and I wouldn't change it. Who knows, maybe some people wouldn't be able to play this if the graphic was better.  Audio on the other side is rather empty. There is no background music, so the only music you hear is your people saying "Okay!" once you're about to build something, and the nice melody that you hear when collecting Belief from your people.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Highly addictive!
- Requires some strategy when it comes to town building.
- Ability to sculpt land how ever you see fit!
- You are a God!

Cons:
- The game is quite expensive (more or less 20€) and it will probably have in game shop. If it didn't have in game shop, the 20€ would be perfect price for the game!
- Start of the game is incredibly slow and quite boring.

Final Grade: 7/10!

Extra Info: If you are into God based games, you should definitely give Godus a try! For now the game looks very promising, and I just can't get enough of it! But once again, this is a VERY EARLY stage of the game, so you can never know what to expect! Who knows, maybe you put 100 hours of gameplay into your huge town with cars and everything (I don't know if this is possible, I still didn't get that far into the game, hehe) and your whole game gets deleted because of the new patch. But hey, this is why the game says Early Alpha! So in case you aren't afraid to face bugs, glitches and future errors then BUY THIS GAME!

I've uploaded couple of videos on my youtube channel!

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!
As some of you may know, I started doing Youtube videos. And I though that eventually I could even make reviews over Youtube in stead of writing them. I know that most of the people would like that! So here you go, I wanted to share couple of videos that I've made so far!

Game review: FORCED

Ladies and Gentleman, today I'll write a review of a very new indie game called FORCED!

A bit about the game and developers.
FORCED has been developed and published by a small group of Danish developers, called BetaDwarf Studio. They actually had a pretty funny story while making this game. In fact, it was so funny that they even made a picture about it which you can see here.
So, FORCED is a Co-Op adventure game with a lot of puzzle elements. The game does future single player, but I do not recommend that.. More about that in the Gameplay section of the review! They also plan to bring this game to Wii-U!

About Gameplay.
As I said above, Forced is a game that allows both single player and co-op. At begining I was playing this game single player. My steam friend list has a couple of people who own this game, but nobody played at the time when I did. So anyway, In single player the game is quite fun! The story is very good too. It wasn't so hard, and I really enjoyed it. But then, couple of missions later... It became quite hard! So, I got into the game once at the same time as my friend FaithNoMore did. We decided to try the game out in Co-op..

It was amazing! The game became much easier but it kept being harder and harder as we progressed through the challenges. In most of the cases one of us was always the last-man-standing, running around the enemies, doing his best to stay alive long enough for the other person to revive. We also found out that this game is actually meant to be played in four people! After a while, our obstacles became quite hard. So hard that one of us had to keep sacrificing just so we could complete a mission. If there were four of us, it would be piece of cake!

The game has four different classes, a rogue, archer, tank and a "area of damage" damage dealer. Each of them has their own element. Rogue uses poison and has teleportation skills and skills that get him out of combat quite fast. He's the best class to take creatures down one by one. Archer uses lightning element with which he deals nice damage to couple of creatures at the same time. His arrows also always push enemies back, so he doesn't have too big problem with staying alive. Tank uses ice element to make ice crystal around him which then pushes enemies back, and so on and on. Needless to say he's got the biggest hp. He also has a weapon (shield) which can be thrown away to enemies. Now, the AoE damage dealer uses fire element to deal very big damage to multiple creatures at the same time. Sounds overpowered, right? Well, he does deal big damage, but he swings very slowly. He can also crush a meteorite down onto the enemies.

This game also has a lot of different creatures that you have to fight against to win. All of them have their own strength and weaknesses. Some spit on you from far, some charge you with their massive cleaves. And once again, you need a full group of four to make a great tactic on how to win against the creatures.

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking the game looks very good! The game itself looks a bit cartoonish. The skill effects look quite nice. For an Indie company they really put their backs into it! Voice acting in the game is very good too!

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Very cheap!
- Extremely fun!
- Supports four players at the same time!
- Full of puzzles!
- It's an extremely fun, cheap coop puzzle based indie game!

Cons:
- Almost unplayable in single player.

Final grade: 9/10 !

Extra info: If you're into puzzles and you're searching for something to play with your friends, this game is for you! Don't look anywhere further, just buy this game and play it. It's amazing!

Game Review: Dead Rising 2

Hello Ladies and Gentleman! With this late Halloween post, I'm bringing you a review of Dead Rising 2!

A bit about the game and developers.
Dead Rising 2 is a sequel to a zombie slaying game - Dead Rising. Dead Rising 2 is set a bit after Dead Rising, but has nothing to do with the original game. Dead Rising 2 has been developed by Blue Castle Games, and published by Capcom! It's funny how Capcom has so many well known zombie games...

About Gameplay.
Dead Rising 2 is an open world zombie survival game. In Dead Rising 2 you have couple of missions
(one main mission and a lot of side missions) which you do not need to follow at all! You see, Dead Rising 2 is a game in which you can do almost anything. Grab a motorbike, put a chainsaw on it and run over zombies. Or grab a motorbike, put machine gun on it and kill more zombies! Or just run around with nothing but a blade in your hands, chopping down everything in your path. The ways you can kill this zombies are almost limitless!

What makes this game far better than the first one is co-op option! You can call a friend to play this game with you and destroy the zombies with you! It's very fun indeed! Imagine two motorbikes with chainsaws, just driving down the street, ending every single zombie's life that is currently present.  This game also gives you and ability to craft a weapon out of two other weapons. For example, with a broom and a machete you make something like a spear. With knife and boxing gloves you make razor claws. With nails and a baseball bat... Very deadly baseball bat! You get the point - it's extremely fun!

So, as I said, you can chose to do the mission or you could just chose to ignore it an have loads of fun
in the game. The game has six different endings, which all happen with a reason. For example, if you do whole main mission and then chose option A on some point (i don't plan to give out any spoilers!) You'll get first and best ending. If you do main mission and chose option B, you'll get almost same thing as A case. Everything else is more or less failure.

The game also futures a four person co-op in which all you can do is drive around a small area on a motorcycle and kill tones and tones and tones of zombies. I can't tell you much about that because I never managed to get into a game. There are just not enough players that play it..

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking the game looks very very sweet. There's just enough blood, the zombies are quite detailed and everything seems in place. They could have added more different looking zombies though. Audio is very awesome and never gets too boring to listen to! It keeps changing as you enter stores, menu and so on and on. Only positive thoughts about Audio of this game!

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Great co op fun.
- A lot of different clothing and weapons.
- Audio never gets boring.
- A lot of vehicles.
- You can keep on playing even if you decide not to do missions.

Cons:
- Main mission forces you to wait a long time before continuing the story..
- Only two people co op.
- No players so the 4 person co-op is impossible without friends.
- The game uses Games for Windows Live so it might become unplayable next year since GFWL is going down..

Overall grade: 8.5 / 10

Extra info: This is an amazing zombie killing game to pass the time. I really enjoyed playing it with a friend of mine, Mr.Trolla. Thank you for playing the game with me!

Happy Halloween!

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!

Today I wanted to do a review of Dead Rising 2, but sadly I didn't play the game enough. I want to finish the game before giving out a full review. So please excuse me, but my review will be done within a day or two! Halloween is my favorite part of the year, so I really wanted to do something a bit special. So I made a giveaway! I'm giving away a game called Penumbra: Collector's Pack. I'm gonna do a review of this game in December, when I'm with June again. We will do review it together.

After a review of Dead Rising 2, I'll be reviewing an very cool looking indie game called FORCED! The game is a puzzle Role-Playing game by BetaDwarf studio. They really had to put a lot of effort into this game and it was quite a rough time for them. They even made an image about their past couple of years of developing. I'd like to share it with you in hope that you will support those developers! They really did an amazing job!

An incredible start up story

So yea...
Happy Halloween everyone and good luck with the giveaway! :)

Game Review: Hitman: Absolution

Hello Ladies and Gentleman! Today I'll be doing a review of Hitman: Absolution!
A bit about the game and developers.
Hitman: Absolution has been developed by a Danish video game developing company, and their games are published by Square Enix. Hitman: Absolution is a stealth based action game!

About Gameplay.
Hitman: Absolution is a stealth based action game in which you play as an modern life assassin under
the code name Agent 47. All Hitman  series are connected, so the story keeps on building up after each Hitman game. In this particular game, your objective is to keep one girl safe.
During that job you will face various different enemies. You, though, don't need to kill almost anyone! Your main mission is to kill just one person, and if you can manage to pass the mission by killing only your main target. Or, pass the mission without killing anyone, if your mission is not to kill anyone. So yea, as you may already guess, this game requires you to have A LOT of patience! And concentration!

This game is, in my opinion, quite hard so the developers made it slightly easier than the rest of the series. In this game you have a thing called "Agent 47's sense" which you can use as often as you'd like. What it does is allow you to predict where certain people will move so you could avoid them or kill them as you wish. It also highlights all of the usable items that are close to you and that you can use for what ever you need them. And it also highlights doors that you can open and secret passages that you can use to move from one to the other one unseen (such as vents).

During your mission you will encounter many different weapons and collectables. You can also unlock every single clothing that you see in game. All you need is kill the person and exchange clothing. Or go into a locker room (if there is any!) and change it there. As much as I have been playing the game, I haven't seen why would you need the clothing for. On the beginning of a mission you can't chose what you're gonna wear, so I see it rather pointless. Of course, i may be wrong and I just haven't found it out, but for now, it's useless. It, of course, helps you to bypass guards or someone! Do bear in mind, though, that if you dress up as a guard everyone will  think you are real guard except guards. Guards will see you as a suspicious person and they will attempt to arrest you.

This game has a ranking system in each mission with which you can always compare your results with your friends. You can see how much points did you get on the end of the mission, and how much did your friends get. Every single kill in the game gives you negative points. If you get discovered you also get negative points. So always make sure to be very stealthy in this game! Unless you lose all of your nerves as I have, and just get out like a real man and kill every single living creature that you come across with.

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking the game is quite good looking. It has a lot of small details that the developers have worked on, and I really like that. Audio did seem a little bit poor though. I would add couple of background songs because it did become a bit lonely after a while.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Amazing stealth based game.
- The game requires you to think like a real assassin.
- A lot of different collectable items which most of the people will enjoy collecting.
- A big variety of weapons and clothing which can be acquired in game.

Cons:
- The game does not allow you to chose your own starting items on each mission.

Final grade: 7/10.

Extra info: I think this game is exactly what a stealth looking players should look at! I though I would like to play a stealth based game.. This game prove me wrong! I would be a terrible assassin. All in all, this game is extremely fun to play and I recommend it only to the people that really like this type of stuff.

I've got an impostor..

I have found out (Thanks to Zukuruneno! ) that I have an impostor who copies my reviews and posts it on his post without my knowledge.
The Site is called "Game on india" and it is found on THIS address.
I want EVERYONE to know that those posts are all stolen, and are all MY reviews. The ones before July!

So for developers that the impostor contacted - I am very sorry about this! It's even obvious that the impostor takes MY screenshots. The ones with MY logo on them...
Sadly, there is nothing I can do about it except let everyone here know about it...

Game Review: Mass Effect 3

Hello Ladies and Gentleman! Today I'll bring you a long awaited (well not really, but I'm excited!) review of Mass Effect 3!

A bit about the game and developers.
Mass Effect was developed by BioWare, and published by ElectronicArts (EA Games). Mass Effect 3 is a final game of it's series, Which was, in my opinion, put up very well!

About Gameplay.
Just as any other Mass Effect game, your game is being developed by what you chose to do or not to do. Everything that you do or not do matters. For example, if a military camp is asking for your assistance and you ignore them, they might die a bit later, and therefore you will lose a bit of the army that you need to require to save the universe.

Player's main mission in Mass Effect 3 is to build up a big army so you could fight the Reapers and send them back to.. Well where ever they came from!  To find army you need to be helping outlaws, academy students, humans, aliens.. Even chose which races you want to left alive to help you, while watching other ones burn. On that long journey you come across all of your old friends that were alive in your previous games. Now, I made a stupid mistake. I've deleted Mass Effect 2 from my game a long time ago, and with that I lost my saved data. Because of that I didn't see 90% of my crew, and the other 10% either died because I "didn't play previous games" or they didn't even want to talk to me. So before playing ME3, make sure to have your ME and ME2 save files!

As your character progresses in the game by leveling up, you get skill points which then you can use on different skills. Skills such as extra bombs, shield, stronger melee attacks and so on and on. There are also various types of weapons which you can unlock by finding them through your gameplay. You can then "mod" your weapon with what ever you've found, giving it stronger attacks. On the other hand, you can also find many different armors which give you different boosts.

Awesome thing about Mass Effect 3 that really makes the game amazing is that Mass Effect 3 has a multiplayer. Sadly only 4 people can in the same time. And I wouldn't really call it a multiplayer. I'd rather call it co-op. All you have to do is survive 10 waves of enemy units. It sounds easy but it's quite hard. There are a lot of different classes in multiplayer (all classes that you see in single player) and it's a very good idea to combine them to beat the co-op.

In multiplayer there isn't much customization. You can customize how does your armor look like, but that's it. There are no different armors to unlock. You can, though, unlock different races and weapons. And you unlock them by gathering credits as you play (you earn them by playing multiplayer) and then spending the credits in ingame shop. Sadly, everything you buy is random. So you can't chose what you want. You have to pay a box and then pray that you get something good.

Graphic and Audio
Honestly, graphic did disappoint me a bit. It looks almost same as Mass Effect 2, even though it's a "brand new game". And characters run quite funny. But other than that, the graphic is very good. Music on the other hand is amazing. There are two songs that I just can't stop listening non-stop.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Multiplayer!
- Amazing storyline!
- Amazing ending!
- Choices of who lives and who dies.

Cons:
- All the randomness in multiplayer.
- Characters run funny.

Final Grade: 8/10

Extra info: Even though I'm a big fan of Mass Effect series and Mass Effect 3 is one of my favorite games, i couldn't not notice the character's run and the stupid randomness in multiplayer. This game is definitely a must have for anyone who likes Mass Effect!

Game Review: BrĂ¼tal Legend

Hello Ladies and Gentleman! Today I'll be doing a review of an indie game called BrĂ¼tal Legend!

A bit about the game and developers.
BrĂ¼tal Legend is an action game developed by Double Fine studios. They are the same studio that
made The Cave (amazing game!), Iron Brigade, Stacking, Costume Quest, Psychonauts and couple of more others. I should mention that BrĂ¼tal Legend also has couple of very good rock artists. Jack Black and Ozzy Osbourn. Honestly, I love to listen to rock-metal, but I ain't fan of Ozzy's music, and I've heard a lot of better artists than Jack, but Jack is definitely one of my favorite actors. I mean, that guy is funny! And he's an amazing voice actor in this game!

About Gameplay.
BrĂ¼tal Legend is an action game in which all you do is hit, slash, run over and burn your enemies. Now, a lot of people find this type of game very amusing, but to me that's just too simple. Luckily, this game comes with another approach, that suits me a bit better! A strategy one! You are able to take the game into a semi-top down view, build your units and send them to where ever you'd like them to go. But I'll talk more about that later!

So, in BrĂ¼tal Legend you play as a roadie (sorry if I misspelled it!) who died on a stage. The roadie, Eddie, gets brought back to life by the power of Ormagöden. But he got back into a Heavy Metal world, not the normal one. In that world, your job is to fight demons, and goths, using nothing but the power of true rock!

When it comes to fighting, controls are quite easy to master. Managing an army is a bit harder, but still quite easy to remember and use in combat. And remember, 10 is always better than 1. So use those units wisely! In the game there are various relics that you can find. Some give you special powers, and others lets you resurrect a "metal shop". Inside of it you find Guardian of Metal (Ozzy!), who can then upgrade your car, change your character's look, give you different weapons and so on and on. The only sad thing about the game is that Eddie can't jump. He can do a lot of things, but jumping ain't one of them.

The story of this game is very good, and very fun to follow. Jack's humor is a huge extra to the game! There's also a lot of swearing and bad language in the game which aren't really appropriate for children. But you can always just disable that and turn on that "BEEEEEEP" sound if someone swears, and that will definitely make the game A LOT more funny!

Now, let's head over to the multiplayer view of this game. I haven't tried out the online multiplayer, because I was sure I'd get my ass kicked instantly. So I did a test run with AI's, and it's AMAZING! You can chose one of three factions (demons, goths or metal heads) and fight the others. This is a full strategy game, where you spawn units, send them to battle and so on and on. Now, earlier i said "semi top down". I said that because you can only see where your character currently is. So if you want to see more of the "map", you have to fly (yes, FLY!) to the different location. I really had a lot of fun playing against the AI!

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking, the game looks pretty good. It looks like a cartoon, with the characters so realistic, that you are instantly able to recognize them. Songs are also pretty good, there's a lot of metal and rock. Though, you have to unlock them, so first 3-5 hours of gameplay are quite repeatable, and annoying..

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Metal oriented game!
- Lots of famous people are inside of it.
- Very funny!
- Nice customization.

Cons:
- On beginning the music is repeatable.
- Map works quite weird with mouse.

Final grade: 7/10

Extra info: The game is very fun and enjoyable, but songs should have been much easier to acquire. I really recommend this game to anyone who enjoys easy games where you do nothing else except just kill creatures with two different buttons (like Darksiders, but this is better!)

Game Review: FTL: Faster Than Light.

Hello once again Ladies and Gentleman, today I'll be doing a review of FTL: Faster Than Light.

A bit about the game and developers.
FTL: Faster Than Light is a space simulation game developed and published by a tiny indie company that has just two members, Subset Games. Great job developers!

About Gameplay.
So, as I said, FTL is a space simulation game. In it your objective is to fly from one point of the galaxy to the other. You're being chased by rebels, because you've stolen something from them. I say that this game is space simulation because you need to tell your ship crew what to fix, where to go, where to put fire down, and so on and on. You also decide where will your ship shoot at your opponent.

Don't let this game fool you. It looks very fun and relaxing, but it is actually quite complex! Imagine how much you have to attack next - enemy's shield, or maybe guns.. Maybe their engine so they couldn't dodge... Or maybe their medical area so their crewman can't heal - while you have to make sure that there are no hostiles on your ship, and if there are, you have to order your crewmen to kill them. Then you have to put down the fires, fix your guns, fix your shields, fix your oxygen and so on and on.

Now, don't get me wrong. This game is amazing! Also, in case that your ship gets destroyed, you have to do everything from the beginning. And that is what actually makes this game hard. There are never more than just one opponent (at least I've never faced more than one!) in one battle, but it's still quite hard to beat them. There are a lot of ships and ships skins that you can unlock as you progress in the game. Sadly I don't know what is your reward for beating the game, since I've only got to the half of it after trying the game out many, many times.

In the game there are a lot of other areas in which you can jump to that can actually hurt your ship. In those areas there can be either meteors, which can "beat your ship" to death, or you can come too close to the sun which will then make your hull get damaged, which means you can die! There are also some random planets on which you can, randomly, get more crewmen on your ship. They can all even be different races! Every race has their own bonuses, but sadly I don't know them so I can't talk too much about that.

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking, the game is very pixelish. Well of course, it's an pixel, indie game! And I have to say, it's very well done! I love the artwork, the explosions, the space, the look of ships. It's very well done. Audio is very relaxing as well. I really enjoy all of the background songs in the game.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- A lot of ships to unlocks (and skins!)
- Very nice background pictures and audio.
- Cheap!

Cons:
- Quite hard.

Final grade:  8/10

Extra info: Get this game. You won't regret it! It's just amazing.

Game Review: Kerbal Space Program

Ladies and Gentlemen, today I present to you - Kerbal Space Program!

A bit about the game and developers.
Kerbal Space Program is a space travel simulation game developed and published by Squad. Kerbal Space Program is their only game for now, and even that one isn't out yet. All of the review and game footage that you will see in this review is from ALPHA! Things could change when ever Squad feels they want something new.

About Gameplay.
As I said earlier, Kerbal Space Program is a simulation game. In it your objective is to build up a space craft and fly it into the space. You have a lot of different parts to chose from, with which you can create your space craft very unique! And It's very simple as well. All you need to do is Drag and Drop the part where you want it to be, and woala, you've got yourself a small aircraft. Of course, you do need to think about the laws of physics, and It will take you a couple of tries to even manage and get into the space! You need to think about how many engines should you take, how much fuel, how big should your ship be... And if it's too big, you should put it into couple of smaller pieces and just launch them into the space one by one.

That sounds very simple, doesn't it? Well I'm sorry to brake this down for you.. This game is insanely hard! Just imagine, you need to set up the space craft just perfectly! Then you need to set up the valid commands (what engines start first, then which ones fall to the ground while the new ones start, and so on and on), then you need to think about the gravity. You need to make your space craft go straight forward into the air until it reaches about 10 000 km. After that you should turn around 45 Degrees. By that time, you're almost out of the gravity's reach. But that is not all of it! Once you get your space craft out into the orbit, you will probably lose all of your fuel. So then you need to launch more fuel from the ground. Simple, right? Nope! By the time you get into the orbit, your other part of the space craft is already orbiting around the "Earth" (i forgot the name of the in game planet, I'm sorry!) so you either have to catch up with it, or make your fuel fly the other way around. Very hard, but fun!

Once you have finally put your ship fully together, you can travel to the Moon, Mars, or where ever you want! As long as you know what you're doing, and as long as you've got enough fuel left. Don't forget that you'd like to get your crew back, right? We need them to be heroes after all! And I think that the game wouldn't be so hard if it had a better tutorial. Tutorial teaches you how to fly a ship, and how to assemble it on the ground, but it doesn't teach you how to assemble it in space, it doesn't teach you how to land on the moon, nor anything else. That's the main reason why this game is hard. And I think that once the developers finish the tutorial properly, the game will be much more loved in the public! I, sadly, never managed to get out of the "Earth's" orbit and go to the moon. I managed to get half way there once, but that's it, hehe. It's just hard.

Graphic and Audio
Graphically speaking, the game looks great. This game is made by the Unity software, and it's amazing what Squad made this game look like. It has a lot of nice details, the land looks pretty decent, and the space looks amazing. Water, though, looks pretty bad. But once again, this game is just in alpha! The songs are pretty good too, but after too many hours, they get a bit annoying. Not so big problem though!

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Very fun building game.
- Ability to make your ship look different from all the other ones.
- Ability to travel around the space, and go on any planet in our solar system.

Cons:
- Lack of tutorial.

Overall grade: 8/10.
To explain my grade - It would be 9 if the game had better tutorial system. This game is extremely fun, but very hard to learn, so better tutorial would be very welcome. It would also be 10 if they put the Kerbal customization into the game, and if they added multiplayer into it! It could be very hard to do, but I'm sure it'd be awesome, hehe.

Extra info: I really loved Kerbal Space Program, and I will keep on watching the game progress. I will review it once again once it comes fully out, because I'm sure that this game will still have a lot to offer! I support Kerbal Space Program!

Game Review: Battlefield 3

Ladies and gentlemen, I am back! For my first review I wanted to review Kerbal Space Program, but that game is so complicated that I will need to do it next week, hehe. So instead, this week I'm bringing you: Battlefield 3!

A bit about the game and developers.
Battlefield has been made by Dice, and published by EA games. Both Dice and EA games are quite familiar with their Battlefield series and The Sims series. Let's not forget Sim City, hehe.

About Gameplay.
As it was expected, Battlefield 3 is a very fun, fast paced First Person Shooter game. The game is awesome for the most of it, but on the other side... Okay, let's start out with the problems since there aren't that many of them. To start off, Co-Op is almost un-playable. There has been an error with the game that once you enter into Co-Op, if you leave you get bugged out. The bug is that the Battlelog (I'll talk about it later) keeps saying that you and your partner are in co-op with each other, and therefore you can't join any other Co-Op game. So you have to wait whole day for this to disappear so you could play another round of Co-Op the next day. That wouldn't be so big of a fuss if it was a new problem.. Sadly, this problem has been here for months already, and Dice nor EA ain't doing anything about it. And to make it worse, in 80% of cases the Co-Op won't even start properly. It sometimes crashes on start, and in the other times it is stuck on infinite Loading screen. Now, the Battlelog. Battlelog itself is not a problem, but waiting for it to start your game is very annoying. It's very fast with Co-Op start up and Multiplayer, but single player campaign is starting up so slowly that you lose whole interest into game by the time it launches.

And now the good parts... Battlefield 3 is extremely fun! Of course, as any other well made First Person Shooter game that involves some-or-a-lot of tactical approach, this game needs friends that you could play with. Without friends / clan members, this game is just boring to play multiplayer, and is very un-enjoyable. Battlefield 3 has a lot of different game modes, but the most fun three ( in my opinion, of course! ) are Rush, Team Deathmach and Conquest Large. My personal favorite of them all is Conquest, due to it's awesome large maps which allow your team and you to take various different tactical approaches to win over your enemy. Conquest also allows both sides ( US and RU ) to use jets, helicopters, tanks and other mobile units that will allow them to win. I don't know why, but a team-mate and I decided to try out the Jets once, and once you really get to understand them, they are very fun and quite easy to fly. I've spent quite a bit of my play time up in the air, supporting my troops with some rockets, or taking down enemy jets that were pinning down my friends. It's extremely fun and very fast paced!

Team Deathmach is extremely fast paced too, and only the team with good co-ordination will be able to win very easily. Our tactic is usually - everyone pick the assault class! Assault class allows you to heal your squad members, and once you level it up, it allows you to revive your fallen friends. That's awesome because if you manage to revive your fallen ally, the death will not count so the enemy team will not get one kill point. Only bad thing about this tactic is that you will either run out of bullets after a while ( No support = no bullets ), or the other people from your team don't know that you will revive them, so they respawn and enemy gets the kill point.

Rush is also fast paced mode in which one side has to attack the opposite side's "base", while the other side has to hold onto it for about 225 kills. In case they fail, they will be forced to retreat further into their base, and they will need to kill 225 more enemy soldiers to win. This mode is quite hard for the attackers, and only way to win is great teamwork.

Battlefield 3 allows 4 classes. Assault, Engineer, Support and Recon. Assault heals others and revives fallen allies as i said earlier, Engineer has a rocket launcher with which he can shoot down enemy tanks, helicopters, jets, and he can fix your friendly vehicles. Support's role is to run with their allies and give them ammo bags so they would never be empty handed, as well as set up mines for tanks, or claymores for other enemy units. And finally, Recon is the class that has to go with the more "stealthy" way. His specialty is to deploy a spawn beacon, which he can put in the back of the enemy lines which then allows his team mates to spawn directly behind the enemy.  Each weapon in Battlefield 3 has an "attachment" area in which the person can put tactical lights, or lasers to blind their enemy, silencers to hide them from the minimap, and handgrip to make the gun more steady. Of course, there are other attachments that you can put in stead, but these are the more used ones.

Graphic and Audio
Visual effect of this game are AMAZING. The sun shine bothers you ingame, the rifle doesn't have a "spark" on every bullet, just as it doesn't in real life, and there's tones of dust that appears after every explosion. Usually people are very annoyed by this, but this dust is here in real life too. Dice is trying to make this game as realistic in look as possible. The dirt on your protection glasses is extremely well made as well. I was insanely stunned when I was playing the game. But on the other hand... Game's main theme song is awesome, and I love the re-make of it. But in multilayer there is no audio in the background so it gets quite "lonely". Therefore, my team mates and I always need to have a music bot in Team Speak with us that will give us some good background music.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Amazing realistic graphic.
- The game forces you to use team work to win over your enemy.
- Maps are very well put together.
- A lot of different game modes.

Cons:
- Barely working Co-Op.
- Not so awesome campaign.
- Lack of background music.
- Premium and DLC's are a money steal...

Final grade: 8/10

Extra info: This game is extremely fun, but hey it's just a normal FPS. It's not worth 100 € to enjoy it fully. If the game was 30€ with all DLC's in it, it would be good price, but anything above that is just too much over the top. If you can get this game within 30€ reach, and if you have friends to play with, i definitely recommend this game!

Game review: Max Payne 3

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I have returned!
How have you been? Have you missed my reviews? Well in case you have, good! Because I've missed my readers too!

Even though I didn't write many reviews, I did play some games that i planned to review.
Today I'll be reviewing Max Payne 3!

A bit about the game and developers.
Max Payne 3 has been developed and published by Rockstar. Many of you know about them, and in my opinion they are one of most known companies out there. They are publishers of Grand Theft Auto series, Max Payne series, Midnight club and many more.

About Gameplay.
Max Payne 3... Is amazing. In this game, you are a guy named Max Payne. The game is happening couple of years ago after Max Payne 2. Max was invited to a party where he needed to make sure that one family will stay safe. Of course, if everything went according to plan, the game would be boring. Max Payne is one of those typical "shoot first, ask questions later" games. All you do through the whole game is kill people. But you kill them with style. You can jump over the tables, chairs, from wall to wall, over obstacles and so on and on. And while you're jumping like that you enter a slow motion. That makes the game much more fun, and enemies much easier to kill.

Though, don't get me wrong here! Max Payne 3 is one of hardest single player games I've played in a long, long time. It takes you two to three bullets to die, while it takes quite a number of bullets to kill your opponents, since they have body armor. That makes the game very challenging to play, but also, sometimes, extremely frustrating. I remember trying to beat the beginning of last level like seven or eight times how hard it was. I just couldn't do it.

Max Payne 3 is also the first Max Payne game that allows you to play multiplayer. You can chose
between three game types - team deathmatch, deathmatch and gang wars. In deathmatch everyone is against everyone. In Team Deathmatch you randomly get into a team of players and your objective is to kill the other people. Gang wars are almost the same as the other two, except here you have an objective. For example, capture and hold a bag. Or protect a building from the enemy forces who are trying to take it over. Though, no matter which game type you chose, you are always in one of five gangs. Those are like sides.

You can even customize your own character! You can pick from various faces, chest, tattoos, hairs, pants and shoes. Each gang has it's own clothing which makes them unique. The only drawback on multiplayer is leveling up. In multiplayer you need to level up to open up more looks for your characters, more weapons, perks and so on and on. Bad thing about it is that it takes forever. Leveling up is so slow already from early levels, that it seems impossible. And with most of the people being level 50 and having overpowered skills and guns, leveling gets even harder.

Graphic and Audio
Graphic and audio of this game are extremely good. Even though this game is not openworld sandbox game, they made sure that the background of the game looks as realistic as it possibly could. And songs in the game are extremely catchy to listen! They do get repeatable at some point, but they are so fun and catchy that I didn't mind them at all.

Pros, cons and final grade.
Pros:
- Beautiful graphic.
- Very fun gameplay and slow motion.
- Multiplayer! And customizable characters in multiplayer!
- Many weapons in both single player and multiplayer.

Cons:
- Extremely slow multiplayer progression.
- Sometimes the multiplayer servers are empty.

Final grade: 8.5/10

Extra info: If this game had a co-op option, it would definitely get full 10/10. It would, though, make the game much easier. This game is truly amazingly fun and i recommend it to everyone!
